Welcome! I’m Elysha Nicole—a homeschooling mom, international speaker, author, coach, and passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion. As the visionary behind Ena.Management and DisciplinedxDesign, I bring purpose and transformation to everything I do.

My journey has been anything but ordinary. From overcoming homelessness to navigating the unseen challenges of raising a neurodivergent child, I’ve learned to thrive in the face of adversity. These experiences have shaped me into an advocate for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities, and I take pride in representing the diagnosed and undiagnosed alike. As a Child and Youth Worker who graduated with honors and a mom who’s in the trenches daily, I’m passionate about creating spaces where all children are treated equally and equipped to succeed.

At Ena.Management, I empower entrepreneurs to streamline their businesses through strategic Online Business Management, Social Media Management, and Executive Virtual Assistant services. I also offer Breakthrough Business Coaching, equipping fellow visionaries to achieve clarity, structure, and results. Together, we’ll take your vision to the next level.

DisciplinedxDesign is where my faith meets my mission. As a coach, I guide believers to heal from trauma, disarm emotional triggers, and deepen their relationship with God through real, transformative growth. This includes the Trauma Center Mentorship, a program designed to bring deliverance and discipline.

I’m also the author of Get Real: I Am Triggered, a book that unpacks my testimony and equips readers with tools for trauma recovery. As an emerging international speaker, I now share stories of resilience, faith, and purpose with audiences ready to rebuild their lives on a firm foundation.
